Incubator Space at the PBC
The Paris Business Center hosts two incubator spaces where people new to entrepreneurship can explore evolving their business into a brick and mortar location. Prospective clients will work with a PBC Advisor to develop your ideas after exploring our preliminary process. These incubators have competitive rent, a downtown main street location, and PBC Advising with continued learning during your lease.
The Space...
Located in the front of the PBC building on Main St. Each space is approx. 220 square feet. There is included storage behind each incubator.
The Space is Best for...
Our incubators are best for businesses that have not yet had a storefront and are still fairly green in their journey. Some examples of businesses: Various Retail, Design Studio, Photography Studio, Wellness Space, Creator’s Studio, ETC.
The Process
Let's work together to see if our space is right for you. Contact us for an initial meeting to go over the basics and requirements. An advisor will be assigned once it is determined you may be a good fit. The Advisor and you will build a plan and determine feasibility.
