Space Rental
The Paris Business Center offers affordable, flexible rentals for meetings, trainings, classes, and co-working. Spaces include classrooms, an executive conference room, and optional patio access—available by the hour, half-day, or full-day. Co-working is offered daily, weekly, or monthly with access to Wi-Fi, printing, coffee, and shared work areas. Amenities such as beverage service, snacks, or catered lunches can be added. All rentals require a user agreement, and daily co-work is also available on a walk-in basis. The Paris Business Center offers space rentals for public and private meetings, events, and trainings. All rentals include water service, with optional amenities available. Reservations must be made in advance, and a signed User Agreement is required to confirm your booking.
Co-Work Fees
Use of the Paris Business Center for Co-Work is available on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Co-work space rental does not guarantee exclusive use of any specific area at the PBC, but individuals are free to use spaces that have not been reserved or scheduled for use that day, with the exception of the Executive Conference Room. The Executive Conference Room is only available as a Space Rental.
Weekly or Monthly Co-Work rentals must be arranged in advance, and all individuals will be required to complete a User-Agreement prior to the start of their rental. Daily Co-Work may be arranged in advance or on a walk-in basis.
Costs below are for the individual worker only. You must make prior arrangements with PBC staff in advance if you wish to schedule a meeting of any size. Additional restrictions and rental fees may apply.
Daily Co-Work: $20 per day
