Service Description
Includes: Non-exclusive use of available space indoors or outdoors for 8 hours a day per 10 sessions. Free Wi-Fi 7 day-a-week access to PBC Free Wi-Fi Filtered water; coffee for individual worker only Printing up to 100 pages per month included; fee for additional pages 25% Discounted fees for rental of training or conference rooms for private meetings or programs (all other terms of space rental apply) Use of the Paris Business Center for Co-Work is available on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Co-work space rental does not guarantee exclusive use of any specific area at the PBC, but individuals are free to use spaces that have not been reserved or scheduled for use that day, with the exception of the Executive Conference Room. The Executive Conference Room is only available as a Space Rental.
Cancellation Policy
General Terms 1. User understands that rental of one or more specific areas of the Paris Business Center allows them exclusive use of that area only, and only for the date(s) and time(s) specified in this Agreement. Access to the space for advance set-up or preparation may be permitted on an as available basis. User should plan sufficient time to set up or prepare for their program within the time of the rental. 2. User understands that the PBC wi-fi network is shared by other users at the Center and agrees to use the network only for legal purposes associated with conducting their business while at the PBC. 3. Water will be provided for the number of attendees specified in the rental agreement, and additional amenities are available for a fee. Any food or drink user wishes to provide themselves must be approved in advance and described in this rental agreement. 4. User agrees to leave the room clean, tidy and free of trash and to notify PBC staff of any spills or other damage that require staff attention. 5. User agrees to maintain a professional, respectful environment. 6. PBC, Hiawassee DDA, and City of Hiawassee are not liable for loss or damage of personal belongings. 7. Any damage to PBC property caused by the user may result in additional charges
